MATERNITY AND PATERNITY LEAVE
In Spain, paternity leave allows men to share alone or together 13 days which represents a work-family corresponsability of only 12,5% of the total parent’s leave (16 weeks). In 2011 this share will rise up to 20%, that is, a month.
